I'm looking to reach Ex Plat by the end of the year. I currently have Plat status. Appreciate your help!
Departure Airport: ONT, LAX, SNA, LGB, BUR
Miles Needed: 15,000 EQM's
Required Spend or Budget: Little as possible. Bus class if possible
Available Travel Dates: December. Prefer 1 day or weekend trips
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: OW for EQM's on American.

Come with me on the 21st (ord-clt-lga) to position for 6am on 11/22 lga-dfw-nrt-cgk-nrt-dfw-lga-phl-mke will give you 24k eqm for ~750
There is also position Dec 7th to lga for the same.

Use google.com/flights. Put ORD in the origin, leave the destination blank. Put your dates in. Pick OneWorld for the airline. Click on the map, then select under $200 for the price. Zoom in a little, then look and see what it found. If there is nothing for $200, try $250 and so on. Pick a city and routing that gives you the mileage that you need.
