I think there's at least 2 JL lounges at NRT, both are far better than the AA lounge for food and the massage chairs.
That said, I don't think the JL lounges have showers, but the AA lounge does. So if you have time, I'd visit the AA lounge for a shower, then hop over to the JL lounge nearest your gate.

Want Business or First class for 2X EQM multiplier. So, I need flights with 3,750 or more miles for outbound/return (so each direction + 2X EQM business class multiplier will ultimately be 4X the miles flown) - the more options, the merrier.
Preferred Dates: 11/23-11/27 or 12/26-12/31

JFK-RDU-MIA-JFK day trip 12/29 is $419 in business. 2219 miles.
This is a little short - EWR-ORD-MIA-UIO-MIA-ORD-EWR out 11/23 return 11/24 in business is $1200, 7442 miles.

Use google.com/flights. Put your originating cities in - JFK,LGA,ISP. Leave the destination blank. Choose Business class in the dropdown list. Put in your desired dates. Put Oneworld as the airline. Click on the map. Click on some city. Click on Show Flights. Now go to the Airline again and pick American. Now click on the map again. This shows you the cost to the cities on the map on American on your dates. If no price shows up for a city, click on the city and it will find the price.
Pick out some cities that are attractive to you. Go to the destination box and enter those cities - for example HNL,OGG,UIO,HKG,SFO. Click on Show Flights again. You can look through your options. Choose the "Show longer or more expensive flights" option (near the bottom of the screen) so you see the indirect routings with more miles. If you want to see the prices for the same cities on different dates, click on the outgoing date. A drop down calendar will appear with the lowest cost for a trip starting on each day in the calendar of the same length as your current trip. Or you can just change the dates to what you want.
Since your date options are quite limited, it is probably best just to use the map and look around.
To get flight distances, you need another tool. There is a "Great Circle Mapper" tool recommended in the sticky thread in the forum. You can also just enter the cities in google, for example LAX HNL air distance.

I need 10,000 EQM's on American Airlines (AA) by the end of the year. Looking to leave from CMH over a weekend and keep cost under $1200. Any help would be appreciated!
