I'm disappointed that my Rewards Network dines will (apparently) not qualify under the "revised" rules. Guess I'll have to transfer 1000 AMEX points instead.
My other three partners should be okay - points.com, e-rewards and shopping - the first two have posted to my PC account, but let's hope that $2 resto cert date of Oct 9th reflects the maximum time ("don't contact us before then").

Extremely helpful. Thank you. I found both restaurant.com purchases under my account, rather than one for me and one for my husband. Now I know, and can take action. By the way, for anyone who lives in the San Diego area, I'm surprised to find Sbicca at Restaurant.com. It's a great restaurant and worthy of a visit even without a discount.

Unique Partner Activity: A unique partner activity is defined as one partner transaction or Priority Club Point purchase between August 20, 2009 and October 31, 2009. You can earn bonus points for this activity if it has not occurred previously in the last 18 months. A Priority Club Point purchase and a partner points to points conversion transaction are considered eligible unique activities. Points earned for purchases using your Priority Club Rewards Visa® card count as one eligible activity.
Maybe we should ask for a clarification. Based on experiences with other promotions, it's not impossible that this is just worded incorrectly. (For example, maybe the 18 month clause refers only to point purchases.)

Avon order tracked!

It shows up in tracking under hubby's account, $1.79 value for 12 PC pts, estimate posting is 10/15/09.

Many Thanks to margaritagirl!

Restaurant.com is still a no show and I believe it will never show up on this one. Poor selection in our town anyway.
I will try to use the $25 cert on a trip to another city when and if that happens, as long as Restaurant.com still exists by then!

The email I received on this promo does not have the 18 month restriction for sure.

This is really shameful that PC added such clause AFTER already launched the promo!

Luckily we have 0 partner activity except the Visa spending, so we are not affected too much - it means we have to use Reward Dining now as the Visa spending would not be counted.

Point.com swap
e-Reward redemption
PCR Shopping

and then go dining next week on Tue or Wed - double pts promo for Mon-Tue-Wed.

Does simply signing up for a new account on points.com and getting 200 points qualify as a new activity? Or must I do a points exchange?

My 1000 AMEX points posted immediately just now - with 20% bonus; as mentioned, my e-rewards and points.com transactions have posted as well. We'll see if the 20 shopping portal points from restaurant.com come through by 10/31 and/or my dining points - my only partner activity within 180 days - count after all.

A little help

I signed up for this promo.

I did the following:

1. Used My PC Visa Card
2. Shopped at Barnes and Noble thru the PC link (bought a $10 gift Card plus
.95 cents shipping)
3. Transferred points on POINTS.com from AS to PC

Is this 3 unique activities? And could I purchase 1,000 points for the fourth and final activity? Or is there a cheaper way to get me my fourth activity?

Thanks

Stinkycop - have you joined PC Dining (or used it within the past 18 months)?

Milemission - it's an automatic 20% transfer bonus, I didn't have to "do" anything to get it.
