If you are on separate tickets this is a completely different story and the MCT doesn't apply.

2hrs 5min to transfer from AA to AF flight? Reasonable or foolish?
Arriving JFK-CDG on AA at 6:45AM continuing on separate AF ticket CDG-BIQ (Biarritz) at 8:50AM. I am fairly sure AA won't interline our bags so will have to collect luggage and re-check. Spouse requires wheelchair transport.
Next flight is 4:20PM and CDG is definitely not my favorite place to hang out all day.

Alternatively, check U2 for CDG-BIQ (I believe they still fly this route) or you can go to ORY (more AF flights to BIQ from ORY), but that will be a pain if your wife requires a wheelchair assistance.

They are very happy with the service. The company has an agreement with Aeroports de Paris and had been operating for a few years. The connection service costs 350 (up to three pax) and seems very fast and reliable. It is a bit costly but would make a 2 hour connection easy.

Due to a flight schedule change I have a tight connection at CDG. I am arriving into 2E from JFK at 8:15 a.m. (on AF Flt 7 which often runs late) and then I am departing also on AF to GOA out of 2G at 10:00 a.m. Since the next flight to GOA is not to 8:40 p.m. I am also thinking of purchasing a backup ticket to MXP just in case I miss the connection.
I will be checking luggage at JFK but since I am ticketed through to GOA I don't believe I need to claim and recheck my luggage at CDG.
My question is given the tight connection, since I am traveling La Premiere, will I have any connection assistance at CDG or should I use the La Conciergerie service mentioned by another poster.

If the plane is on time, you will have no problem. You will have to clear immigration in CDG. You should be escorted by an agent all the way to your next flight and the agent should take care of immigration and check what is happening with your bags. Even with a 30 min delay of AF7, you should have no problems. The longer the delay the higher the risk to your bags not following. If AF7 has a severe delay, you can ask your escort (or the lounge agent) to be rerouted to MXP, so no need to purchase another ticket. No need to book La Conciergerie, the Premiere service should be even better.
The only possible problem is that there are many flights arriving around that time from Asia and America. So they might be short on cars. But most Asian flights arrive earlier.

I have an exciting 40-minute connection coming up soon. Barcelona to Dublin via CDG, AF to WX. Terminal 2F to 2E..the ticket was sold on AF's website, so won't be a problem if I miss it.
But I wonder what are the chances I will make it?

If AF1349 is on time, you should make it. But that noon flight is often delayed (average delay 27min).

I assume that this is on a single ticket.

And you shouldn't buy any ticket to MXP or nowhere else just in case. It is AF responsibility to reroute you if you miss the connection (providing of course you are all on one ticket), especially as you are a P pax.

Brunos has given you the correct information, but FYI neither AF nor AZ fly anymore to MXP from CDG. They fly to LIN. I believe only U2 continue to fly CDG-MXP.

That's the new schedule from 30 October.
All I can say is that it is a risky transfer.
I don't know if that has changed but the WX flight used to be boarding by bus, so they will close the gate early.
AF1149 is listed with an average delay of 17min.
You will need to rush and you will have to go through passport control.
If on a single ticket, you will be protected and the next DUB flight leaves at 15:10.
Other posters more familiar with 2F to 2E connection can advise you. This can help too:

I would never book a connection less that 90 mins at CDG. I had a 2F to 2E (M) connection on Saturday which was 1:35 book time. My first flight got in early and I was only on the plane 3 mins before the door closed. And this was with Sky Priority and an EU passport. Without those you need at least 2 hours. Others who were with me in the bus line had taken 30 mins longer to get to that point.
The connections out of 2F was a mess at border control - it was about 60 mins in line there, then there was another 20 mins waiting for the bus to the next terminal.
