+ All the fabulous benefits of a Visa Signature card.††
+ Get 0% Introductory APR††† and 1 point per $1* on your first balance transfer — up to 2,500 points!
+ And so much more.
ABSURDLY SIMPLE. ABSURDLY BENEFICIAL
The "Sign Me Up" button takes you to a customized URL which I hope contains the information to identify me and my elevate number. After processing the application, I received my approval and $19,000 credit line and then a link to create my profile on Barclay's website. No where on there did it ask for my elevate number either, so will be interesting to see how this syncs up.

Yup, my card has arrived today... has been activated and I've already paid my AAA dues with it.
Its one of the weirder color combos credit cards I've had in a while... with just the right light the outline of the tail fin makes it look like the card is cracked along the diagonal. The digits and letters are covered in flaky white paint that has already rubbed off my frequent flyer number and some letters of my name, and it I just peeled it off the letter it came with. But in general it has the same glow as my iPod Nano (Red) kinda cool.
Considering that the only way I'll get to fly much on VX is through the use of this card, its a welcome addition to my wallet.

Just got mine in the mail today; it's really pretty looking! The only bothersome thing is that nowhere in the documentation can I find ANYTHING but the free one-way ticket after the first use. Hopefully that will become clear after I use the card. Somehow the card has my Elevate # on it, though I was never asked for my Elevate # when I signed up for the card - I guess they check VX database to match your name, address, birthday, or something to get your account number. Hooray!

Virgin America VISA Updates
What's wrong with this picture?
Uh huh - no elevate number!
I called BarclayCardUS and they referred me to an 877 number which turned out of course to be VX reservations. So I called back and a much more astute agent listened carefully to my issue, I pulled up and revalidated that the application for DOES NOT have a space for an elevate number (at least not the one linked from the email I got) and she checked and found a new process, effective today, for them to add the number to their records and then request a replacement card. Sigh... Someone really botched this up on the QA side of the house.
Anyway, the card is here and now if I use it my points will accrue to my elevate account correctly. Whee.

Funny...like you, my application did not have a spot for my elevate number, and when I applied for the card, I did not even use the same e-mail address or physical address that my Elevate account is linked to, yet they somehow put the right number on the card.
The only bothersome thing I'm noticing is that I signed up on the Barclays website so I could manage my account online, but none of my transactions are showing up. I see my revolving credit limit dwindling by just about the amount I have charged, but my balance is $0.00 and no transactions listed. Grr!

You best call and make sure your number gets added before you begin incurring charges and have a billing cycle close. It could add a lot of frustration if you don't.
