I emailed JB late morning and haven't heard yet. Also, I'm not able to pull up a screen with first and last names and points balance all on the same screen, so I emailed 2 screenshots-- one with first name and points balance, 2nd with first and last names but no points balance. The account number is present on both screens. Hopefully this won't be an issue. How are you able to get all requires info (name, points, FFN) on the same screen?

No, mine doesn't show my name. It shows the emoji icon I selected and a menu logo. FWIW, I'm out of town and only have my cell phone and iPad, though the iPad seems to be using the full website. The points balance isn't on the top right either.

Especially annoying because I'm at SFO gate A11B right now waiting to board a Jetblue flight that's more than an hour late.
I don't know how some of you guys are getting approved before me, when I submitted prior to you!

My wife received the following message. There was no explanation why it didn't meet the requirements. She submitted a screenshot that looked nearly identical to the sample one. Not sure what the problem is.
