Actually, something like $44 or $48 each way. Had enough time to take a shuttle into town, do a wonderful walking tour headed up by a 13th generation Charlestonian, have a splendid lunch at Blossom, do an additional walking tour including several historic houses of worship (KKBE and Mother Emanuel), and then took the CARTA bus back to CHS.
I've always been fascinated by the contrasts and contradictions in Charleston's history, and this trip really underscored that. The city was the birthplace of religious liberty in North America, and yet 40% of the slave trade went through the port of Charleston. It was a city of great wealth and culture, but was under siege and bombarded to hell in two wars. And that history is all around you in the downtown area, as they have had a strong historic preservation movement there for almost a century.
Spent less than $200 for everything - including airfare DCA-CHS - and had a superb day of sightseeing and discovery - and ended up getting 30,000 JetBlue Points on the match for Elevate members. Win. Win. Win.

Mine took about 16 days to be posted. I'd suggest waiting because the agents will likely tell you the same thing and they can't manually expedite the process. Despite the inconsistent waiting time, their system seems reliable. As long as you have finished two one way flights, the points will be posted eventually.

Completed flying the night of 8/31; 75K points posted 4 days later. Had booked it using the Infinite Visa portal to get $100 off and take my girlfriend to Maine for 2 nights, so this promo resulted in a nice unexpected, well-priced getaway. Very pleased.

Points don't expire in True Blue, but can't guarantee they'll maintain their current value once the accountants asses that added liability from this promotion. Having a revenue qualifier might have better protected against the exposure, rather than earning the bonus on a short haul sale fare.
