What about the 24-hit bonus?

I asked this first over in the "Other partners" thread, but it may be more appropriate here.

By my count, I should be at 24 hits, so last night sweep should've given me both the 20- and 24-hit bonus. However, I only received the 20-hit one. Here's what I have as my hits (in posting order, tier thresholds bolded) and GS tier bonuses:

The tier bonuses seem to have all posted correctly, i.e. 4-hit one after the fourth hit posted, 16-one after 19 but before the 20th.

Am I missing something, or is it time to call DM? I'm still waiting on 21st Century quote miles to post, but I should have 24 hits already.

Ha! You may have a point there: the miles earned there were 190 (I think 306 is the beginning of the hotel's ZIP). I totally forgot about the 250 threshold.

Now, there was another miles posting from that same stay:

9/26/2011 10/11/11 PRIORITY CLUB BONUS MILEAGE AWARD 100

Those two together would yield 290 mi, which is over the 250 requirement. But, somehow I doubt US would combine the two....

you mentioned you had a safety hit coming next month. What i would do is wait until 21st cent post around 15-16 dec, and the 21st of dec which should be a sweep day. if you get your 24 bonus no worries, otherwise try to prepare a nice email to us airways fighting only your hotel stay credit. Not sure whether you'll be succesful but you can always give it a try.

Hmm, my 20 hits are done and clocked but the 4 hits I did last minute for my partner didn't show. Everything's been done there since the 14th. Do you think I should call and ask about it?

If one were to find a discrepancy in the number of hits posted, how can you contact DM? I tried calling them but the agent on the phone had no idea how this promo actually works.

My 36th hit just posted today. Activity date 11/14, post date 11/24, so I just missed the sweep earlier this week.

I got lucky - It was the the DM Shopping mall. The transaction occurred on 11/5 and it posted with an 11/14 activity date.

Got my 36 hit bonus even though I only have 33 confirmed hits. I was surprised when I got my 32 hit bonus with only 31 confirmed hits.
I am now sure I know what gave me the extra hits, but I'm keeping quite about it. Don't want US removing them for me and others in the same boat. In total it now looks like I spent $100 more than needed for GS 2011.
