Hi Guys,
I chose 'Shopping Mall' link from US Airways -> Dividend Miles. It showed that I am logged in with my Dividend Miles account number. Then I searched for 'Staples'. I can see 'Earn 2 miles for every $1 spent'. I clicked on the 'Shop Now' button and I was transferred to Staples website now. I bought a webcam and got my order confirmation by email. But how do I verify that my order was tied to my DM account and this would qualify as a hit? I don't see anything with my DM Acct # on the Staples order confirmation.

Most merchants WILL NOT have a space to enter your DM number but as long as you log into the shopping mall with your DM number, you should receive credit.

did 2 spendings to petsmart - both did not appear till now (28.9 + 05.10.) on the DM account.

I'm waiting for itunes miles for 2 accounts as well. First purchase was made on 9/18 and second was made 9/25. How long does it take for itunes to post? Who should i contact if I want to follow up on status? Thanks!

Are you still waiting for miles to post for this? I am. My donation was 9/22 and I did go through the right portal and was logged in. I don't think my complaint should be with PetsMart, but with DM Shopping Mall, correct?
