That would have to be LAX-SYD-LAX (UA839/UA840) four times all in NC.

For me, SFO<->IAD figures in pretty heavily.
Looking at my itins for this year, the flight I was on most often was UA 198, followed by a tie between UA 914 and UA 975.
I was on 198 4 times, 914 2 and 975 4.
I like red-eye flights and I also like the reliability of 914 and 975 owing to the fact that they're domestic transcons that connect to a whole bunch of TATL flights out of IAD.

SYD-SFO-DIA-MCI and back x 2. I'm based in Australia and mostly fly domestically on non-* carriers (DJ/QF), and was very surprised to see my 2 UA round trips take me all the way up to 1P again.

Did NRT-SFO 3x this year on UA metal. Make it 5x to count my NH flight this Wednesday and NW last January. This doesn't pertain to the opposite direction, however, which I've only done on UA metal once this year.
Did SFO-LAS and vice versa 3x this year as well.
Next up would be LAX-NRT, which was done 2x this year.

Sundays ORD-SFO outbound on 907, most of time in intl biz. Returning on different days. Probably about 15 times before I switched to a new job in NYC. Happy flying next year, I'm starting grad school in July and unlikely to make 1K this year!
