What United flight did you fly the most in 2009?
I was checking my balance this morning to make sure the Friday DEQM sweep did its magic (it did - 101,264 YTD EQMs - whoo-hoo!) and took a look at my 2009 flights. I noticed that I'd flown on UA896 SIN-HKG and UA862 HKG-SFO three times each.
Were there any flight numbers that showed up over and over in your travel year? (I guess this exercise works better if you fly long-haul routes where there is only one flight a day with a rarely-changing flight number.)

Likely the common answer applies if you are not in a hub. Say for me, DTW-ORD is a very frequent hop.

Same. SNA-ORD and back are the biggies. Plus a few to SYD, and LHR.

According to FlightMemory, ORD-LGA and LGA-ORD were my two most common segments.

ORD to MDT made for about 25% of all my flights this year, with ORD to YYZ a close second.

I am based out of MCI....so naturally that leaves me MCI-ORD-MCI....MCI-DEN-MCI....and MCI-IAD-MCI.
I only flew IAD a few times this year, and was pretty sure DEN was low as well.
I flew MCI-ORD 22 times, on 11 different flight numbers (UA772 was most popular with 7)
I flew ORD-MCI 26 times, on 10 different flight numbers (UA393 was most popular with 8).

SFO-ORD-MSN. Never, ever, SFO-DEN-MSN. FT has taught me well.

UA929 (LHR-ORD) seems to be the frequent hitter with me...

STL-ORD, or vice-versa.
ORD-SMF if discounting that.
