I have an IAD-AMS flight booked in December that’s showing the old 2-1-2 configuration. Reading the posts above, I guess I can still hope it gets switched to a 1-1-1 configuration since there’s only two aircraft flying with the old config.

I changed my IAD-HNL-IAD Christmas flights to DCA-ORD-HNL-ORD-DCA because ORD-HNL-ORD has the 777 window single direct aisle access seating. I don't mind a connection in Chicago at all to get the better seating.

I'm looking at EWR-MXP and the seat map is showing the 2-1-2 configuration but showing Polaris. Glitch?

How is it showing Polaris seats if showing 2-1-2?

Such as all UA TATL business class is called Polaris Business Class but can be the Polaris seat (direct aisle access) or the previous lie-flat Diamond seat (Window seats do not have direct aisle access)
