It’s worth asking. Travel seems to have picked up, so the airline may not be interested in any more extensions, but I’d be more than happy if they did. Could you make sure to report back to this thread what happens to your request?

Can you ask? Sure.
Will they extend them? I'd say the chance is extremely low. UA expects to announce their highest-revenue quarter in their history despite ongoing issues in Asia. At this point, they're likely to stop further extensions.

Those that requal'ed last year had their's extended to 31 Jan 2023.
Those that had their status complimentary extended had their PlusPoints extended 31 July 2022
UA made the difference as a benefit to those that qualified last year.

This is all a new scenario because of the extensions of plus points earned for 2019 or 2020 flying. United usually extended 40 PP for those who requaliified for 1K but that was from Jan to April.
So hard to say anyone has had experience in the existing scenario.

The number of 1Ks and the excess PlusPoints that seem to be in the system based on where I am on the upgrade list for CPUs and my YBM fares did not provide any upgrade I am hoping UA shuts down the excess PlusPpints floating in the system.
My flights are full, standby lists are long and upgrade lists are even longer.
Who knows perhaps everyone should be 1K with excess PlusPoints, irrespective of whether they earned 1K last year or not.
I get that others will have a different perspective and trust me when UA returns to the 1K targets in place before COVID I will no longer be earning 1K (although inflation may solve that for me!)

I hope the extensions, if any, of July–expiring plus points are few and far between. Additional extensions for domestic members, at this point, is probably unwarranted. Same for PQP promos.

Long overdue to expire PP earned in 2019.
There has been at least a year and a half now of open travel with opportunities to earn and burn.
2021 was probably the easiest year to requalify in the history of MileagePlus.
