Experiencing problems on Firefox and IE. Login failures on Firefox. Personal information (payment, address, e-mail, etc.) disappeared and could not be updated. Reappeared after logging out and logging back in.

Tried to cancel a flight online and the system went through the steps as if it was canceling the flight but did not actually cancel it. I called in to cancel the flight and the agent said they were having "a few problems" today.

Hallo everyone
I have problems with united.com the last 4days.
When I try to upgrade a flight or to view the receipt or even to finish a booking (the pay-step)the following message appears "We're sorry, but united.com was unable to complete your request due to a technical problem".
Please try later or call 1-800-396-1751 for assistance." I called, but they told me there is nothing wrong with the website.
Do someone has a solution?

Some UA searches on expertflyer are broken, as well (presumably since they scrape united.com)
