UA.com/App Reservations not working?
Hi Everyone,
Is anyone else having trouble with UA.com or the UA App? I can't get any reservations to go through on either. I can go through the booking process up until payment, then after confirming the payment details I get an error saying:
The app says there was an error and give no further recommendations.
I'm curious if this is a system-wide issue, or just the UA gremlins deciding they don't like me?

Thanks. I guess I've just been lucky before now - I've never had it fail to process from multiple booking sources (browsers/app).

Can't view recent activity on .com
Anyone else having this problem? My miles and PQD seem to be accumulating correctly, but if I go to "view recent activity" it says I have none...even though recent flights are crediting. Is the "new feature" particular for my account?

i was purchasing a flight and the website crashed during the payment processing animation... now i cannot even get on the homepage i get an internal server error after it kept asking me to "start over" because my "session timed out". anyone else having these issues? the itin shows up on the mobile app but i haven't received either of the two ticket notification emails.

I'm having problems getting in to the site too: it says it's both down for maintenance and that it has a programming error. When I use an iPad rather than a laptop, it works just fine.

Yep. Site seems down from laptop. Tried IE, Chrome, Firefox. No dice.

It's currently down for me. Tried from computers based on both coasts. All access to united.com (http and https) results in this error.

Scheduled Maintenance
Got the server error a couple of times, now I get a page that says the new site is down for scheduled maintenance. Seems like a strange time to do that.
