Choice of "some kind of wrap" or the Asian salad with Beef.

I really didn't get the point of the small plate of veg. I tasted one of the carrots, and it was sort of pickled / spicy. Just weird with the diced onion and jalapeno. Can't imagine it is supposed to be condiments for the wrap...and there is already a salad, so a couple leafs of lettuce is out of place. No idea the thought behind this one...
They served the Mexican condiments with the Fajita I had earlier in the year DEN to LAX. Looks like they are just including it on anything that is wrapped in tortilla.

Definitely try the lamb shoulder the next time it's available: the meat and the gnocchi are both really good!

Booked a PHL-ORD 4:55p flight with a 2h23m duration. The meals page says that falls into a full dinner (2h20m+ from 4-8pm) but the flight is listed as 'Refreshments'. Does anyone know which one to go by, or have experience with this route?

800mi is I believe the actual catering guideline. When in doubt, use the GDS meal code ("Refreshments" here).

Full PDB ^

Pretty crappy for this 1hr44 flight. Hell, I'd have rather had the snack basket than this single, tasteless muffin. Especially when one considers AA serves an actual meal on this route.

Choice of french toast or this omelet. I was actually pretty impressed with this, especially after I added hot sauce. Just wish there'd been a snack basket pass before landing.

Is that a Bloody Mary with just a "splash" of mix?

Actually no. It's a madras: OJ, Cranberry Juice and Vodka. My preferred morning cocktail.

Is the hot sauce catered? I never thought to inquire.

It's not, which is why I carry one of these in my laptop bag:

I am totally buying this! My daughter puts sriracha on everything, she will love having a keychain version so she has her hot sauce with her always.
Thanks for the idea!

Do they make you put it in your zip top freedom bag at TSA?

Sadly there are no meals on flights between PHL and ORD. This used to be a full meal flight, but that was cut ages ago. They do serve meals on ORD-EWR even though the flights are basically the same length as the ones to PHL.
