I am premier gold and am stuck in endless hold hell. cannot talk to anyone about my cancelled flight (mx, in mex). can someone, anyone, please pm me a number that works? I will be eternally grateful.

Did you try the two things recommended just a few posts above yours in this thread?

  1. The number should be immediately above the virtual card on this screen
  2. This "call me back" link posted by WineCountryUA

Hmm, maybe the 1K number is pointless. I called it 3 times today, and after waiting forever for The Voice to finish talking about weather waivers and high call volumes, it transferred me to...a busy signal.
