I booked a very basic domestic r/t (7 CPM
) and never got a confirmation e-mail either (just the "processing" one). But it shows as tickted so keeping my fingers crossed.

I am also getting the same error message for a reservation that shows "This reservation was ticketed and confirmed on Sun., Jan. 19, 2014 at 6:08 a.m. Central Time:
We were unable to process your eTicket receipt. Processing may take up to 15 minutes.
If you continue to have problems obtaining a receipt, please contact 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331) or send an e-mail to [email protected] for assistance.
If you would like to request a new receipt and you completed your travel within the past 7 days, please click here and follow the instructions provided.

I can email myself a copy of the reservation from the "E-mail summary" link and it arrives, but I have not gotten a copy of the e-ticket receipt when I submitted the request through the "Add E-mail Address and Request Receipt" link.
Like everyone else, I just want to see the actual ticket numbers and ensure that my reservation is in fact ticketed.

I've noticed similar IT problems on Saturday evenings. My theory is their IT system goes trough a refresh of some sort during that time, and things slow down. I now try to only book flights on weekdays.

Edit: I'm now not able to view my e-receipt, and the e-mail request to get a copy of the e-ticket/receipt isn't actually being sent.
UA IT continues to be a joke.

For the reservations that involve Air China, I actually was able to verify the ticket numbers through travelsky.com so be assured etickets are being generated. You just can't see them online normally.

Same problem here.
Booked 2 award tickets, one on UA, the other OS+UA mix. No receipts available for either, and the 2nd doesn't even show the OS record locator.
This was the final purge of miles before I ditch this joke of an airline.

Same issue. No receipt, tried multiple bookings, none sent me a single receipt. Called, rep promised to send, but none arrived either.

Had the same problem all day and most of the night yesterday for getting a new receipt for a schedule change for me and a new receipt for changing an award ticket for goalie-parents and both e-receipts finally showed up about an hour ago

Just got a flurry of emails -- I booked 2 award tickets, remedied 2 schedule changes, and made 2 voluntary changes yesterday, and everything showed up eventually.
