UA IT continues to be a joke.
The online system that displays and/or emails out eticket/receipt has been down since I started booking away with my remaining MP miles credit late Friday. I was able to confirm that my etickets have been issued and reissued at least five times since Friday after I kept changing my award reservations to get flat-bed seats all the way by requesting that the booking agent reads out the eticket numbers for me.
For the reservations that involve Air China, I actually was able to verify the ticket numbers through travelsky.com so be assured etickets are being generated. You just can't see them online normally.
