Hi all,
dear experts, quite new to Miles&Smiles but could anyone of you explain me the cost in miles of a one way award ticket from Europe2 to Istanbul in business class and the cost in miles to update an Economy one way paid ticket from Eco to Business ?
I hope to be wrong but my calculations point out the same number, 15.000 miles in both cases. Thanks

Can you shed light on the Elite renewal criteria? It says 25k in 12 months - does it mean the first 12 months of the membership year, or any 12 months period during the 2 years of Elite status (e.g. months 7-19)?

I just registered as a M&S member. I wonder if I fly 40000 miles in this year, will I become elite? Or just become classic plus when I earn 25000 miles, and then fly another 40000 miles for elite? (totally 65000 from classic to elite)

I claimed a missing miles which was flown before I became a M$S member. That is an UA flight, N class, on 02/SEP/2017, EWR to ORD. I sent them feedback form online, with my boarding pass, passport and confirmation letter.
But now it shows invalid flight in my account. What's wrong with this? Can't I collect UA N class? Or expired?
