Sorry about your saga but this is a great tip. If I can't get a Zoom slot after a few days' worth of attempts, I might reach out to my member of Congress and open a case with their constituent services desk. Has anyone tried this route? Or is it useless since it requires two different sovereign governments to cooperate?

I thought Zoom was only for Global Entry. Since Nexus uses the same appointment platform as Nexus, those in the latter program might see an option for Zoom appointments, but they aren't made available to Nexus members.

Did anyone get sent an email after conditional approval is given for the renewal? The website says the following and I’m not sure what it means:

Submitted renewal application 8 months ago, still pending. I call the information line, there is nothing they can do until it has been at least 12 months.

So my renewal is still processing, and my card expired - what are people using as their expiry date when checking in for flights and using the nexus?

My wife has only 3 login codes left out of the original 10. How does she get a second set of codes once she uses them all up ?
We expect to be logging in frequently, looking for an appointment in Niagara or Buffalo, as my wife's 730 days is up in mid-May.

From Login.gov:
Backup codes

Backup codes are an accessible option for users who do not have access to a phone. However, backup codes are the least secure option for two-factor authentication. Backup codes must be printed or written down which makes them more vulnerable to theft and phishing.

If you select this less secure option, Login.gov will generate a set of ten codes. After you sign in with your username and password, you will be prompted for a code. Each code may be used only once. When the tenth code has been used you will be prompted to download a new list. Treat your recovery codes with the same level of care as you would your password.

Thanks! - I logged in and set up other authentication modes.

I use passport for check-in.

DaveInPhoenix's post got me excited but you're probably right and those other reports likely pertained to GE. Would love to be proven wrong.

I just snagged an appointment in Pembina ND next month, a month before my 24-month-extended membership expires. It's the closest to me here in MSP but still quite a haul.

CBP is suppose to load in-person interviews today. So I suggest keeping an eye on closer locations showing up with availability.

I just booked 2 appointments at Niagara Whirlpool for April 27 - just under the wire for my wife's 730 days. (thanks to TWA884 I ditched the login codes for fingerprint and authenticator app, neither of which IIRC were around when we first signed up with Nexus).

The system has let me book an interview more than 730 days after my conditional approval. Will I be able to attend that interview or am I going to have to apply for NEXUS again? My interview is currently 740 days after conditional approval.

Applied to renew on 29 March; just now got the full approval, no appointments required. Glad that I don't have to worry about setting up an interview, especially as a Canadian without straightforward access to any of the US interview centres.

I’ve been waiting since July 2021 on “pending review“. I have no idea why my file would be complicated and it feels like something is wrong.
