Applied Sept. 1, 2019. Still waiting for conditional approval.

If I change my address online is that enough? Do I need to go into the Nexus office?

I think TWA means the part about scheduling with 30 days. The website no longer mentions this being required in the FAQ.

https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Artic...language=en_US

Also doesn't mention it.

The inconsistent info doesn't surprise me at all. But the page I linked to is specifically about Nexus renewals and does state the 30 day requirement so if I was the poster I'd be sure to schedule something and then reschedule as/if needed.

I am sure it’s not required on at least the US DHS side. And it’s not been required since at least October 2018, when I first informed this forum about that change.

I can try to find out about the CBSA side too.

Thanks all. Quick question for my wife's NEXUS renewal. Her's expires a bit earlier in January 2020. If she gets conditionally approved after her expiration date and then has to go in for an interview, any issues with her doing the interview in July 2020 as well? Is there any issue with the interview being done so far after expiration? Thanks

You have one year from Conditional approval to do interview.

I'm now at four months from the date of my renewal application, with no change in the status ( Pending Review).
Could I/ should I be doing anything other than waiting?

Envy! Applied for renewal on Sept 1st (Nexus had expired, oops) and still awaiting any change in status. I suspect I'll be one of those with a long wait. Sigh.

Approved finally yesterday November 19, 2019. No interview.

Just as a point of interest: I had checked the website many times, it always said "pending review". I crossed by land on Sept 17 and back on Oct 18 without Nexus. Then I didn't return until Nov 18, again still no Nexus. I crossed at Lansdowne ONT. The very next day I got an approval letter - from Lansdowne. Coincidence? If so, pretty big one.

Applied for Renewal: November 14, 2019
Approved (no interview required): November 21, 2019

I am absolutely shocked at how quickly that went through.

Me and my spouse are 5 months from renewal application and no change in status. Both of our Nexus have expired now. Realy hoping that something changes soon.
Did you find a number to contact?

No, still waiting. If another month goes by I will stop in at YYZ and see if they can find out anything.

Hi, you can call one of the following Canadian Processing Centres:

Me, wife, and two teenagers applied for renewal 11/17. Kids approved 11/21, wife approved 11/22. No interviews needed. As noted above I’m stunned at this short approval time.

Mine of course has no status change, so I figure several months to balance out the averages.
