Went in for my interview Sept 3 at Pearson (YYZ) and I still don't have my card. I called and they said everything was processed fine and I should get my card any day now.

I'm traveling in November so I'd really like to have my card by then so I really hope it gets sorted out.

Has anyone received their card after the 7-10 business days they tell you?
I had my interview the Saturday before Labor Day at YUL, and got my card mailed to the US within a week. If you have not received it, I would follow up.

Did your GOES account status get updated in GOES right after your interview?

Nexus office said there's issues and I need to contact the enrolment office (GTA). I call GTA enrolment office and they said its all fine and my card is "in the mail".

UPDATE!!!

After almost a month of calling and complaining, my application was FINALLY marked as approved. I received notification of my application approval via email/GOES. Hopefully I will have my card shortly.

Will not having the iris scan delay processing/completion of my card?

THANKS
No. My wife and I both processed in Detroit. Both of us later got iris scans at Canadian airports (Edmonton and Vancouver). There was no problem, but obviously you won't be treated as NEXUS on your initial flight. No appointment is needed for an iris scan. Mine took about three minutes to get done.

Thanks, Bethy. I applied 9/7 so I'm currently in 4-5 weeks and I was starting to expect some results. If yours took 8 weeks, I'll expect I still have some waiting to do and just keep looking back in weekly.

I kept searching back, and my interview is now on Monday (the 13th) in Blaine. I would say just keep checking every hour or so.

Earlier appointments definitely open up, you just have to keep checking GOES like a crazy person. I am currently in Calgary for the long weekend and was able to snag an appointment at YYC for tomorrow morning that opened up just yesterday. Now I don't have to go out of my way for an appointment, seeing as how I live in Texas...
