As of October 2005, FWA had: hard connections for laptops, at least one desktop terminal (no email required), and, I believe, a wireless signal -- all free.

upstairs.

(it's fort wayne, it's not that big).

Panama City (PFN), FL has free wireless access both in the "hold area" (where the 6 gates are) and at the baggage claim area (which, conveniently is next to restaurant and only steps from the waiting area).

Fort Walton Beach, FL (VPS) does NOT have internet of any kind (that I could find), though... neither paid nor free, wired nor wireless.

From reading back through this thread, I'm struck by the fact that small little airports have free wireless, while the big major ones don't. (Maybe they're getting fees from companies which provide wireless for a fee?).

anyone know whether San Diego or Minneapolis have free wireless anywhere?

KUL has free WiFi terminal wide. At least they did last week. :)

Camp outside the WorldClub on C concourse at MSP. You should be able to grab the WorldClub's signal.

Two Alabama airports I see regularly have free wireless in the terminals:

BHM
HSV

In the interisland terminal at HNL, in the area just to the right of the Aloha Ali'i Club, you can easily surf on the Ali'i Clubs signal :)
