June 2010 from Zurich to Singapore on SQ. 6 Eco Seats occupied in A380 (main and upper deck together). Don't know about J and F tough.

Dec 2014: LH PVG-FRA A380 - maybe 100 passengers in Y
Dec 2013: KA HKG-PVG A330 - maybe 30 passengers in Y Oct 2011: SU PEK-SVO A330 - maybe 20 passengers in Y Feb 2007: NW DTW-FRA A330 - maybe 15 passengers in Y |
31 March 2015. Booked a Kan Air flight from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai just because it was cheap and a Cessna. Only me and the two pilots on board! That was a fun flight :)

Back when Openskies flew IAD-ORY, I was one of 4 on the plane (it was right after Thanksgiving). Guess that may have something to do with why they stopped that service and now just fly out of NY.

Once in the miid-90s, a flight from Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) to Bellingham International Airport (BLI, which is near the Canadian border). It' a very short flight - something like 35 or so minutes. The aircraft was a turbo-prop of some kind.
There was a pilot and a co-pilot on board. I was the only passenger. |
SQ HKG/SFO on Thanksgiving Day a few years ago. 747. First was empty. I was the only person in Business.

Flew last month HPN-PHL on a CRJ-200, my first time. Maybe I thought it was ok because only 12/50 seats were taken (flight that left right before mine had all 50 seats taken) and the fact I had the entire exit row and surrounding seats in front, behind, to the side, and diagonal all empty.

Husband and I were the only people in business from Kuala Lumpur to Hanoi. I thought we'd get very attentive treatment with that ratio. We were virtually ignored. I guess the staff all sat at the back doing their own business.
In a 32 seat business cabin (approx.) there were 7 of us. Staff were doing crosswords and reading in business seats at the rear of the business section. |

America West used to run a DCA-CMH trip at around 6pm to position a jet for an 8pm CMH-PHX flight; at the time, they were partnering with Continental, so this was a "gimme" upgrade for me as a CO Gold ... one evening (~summer of 2000, as I recall) there were a total of about 14 passengers on the A320, and I was the only one in F

Back OT, I've been a single passenger on a commercial flight CPH-THN-KVB, IIRC, neither of the latter airports have commercial traffic nowadays. As I was going to KVB, the stop at THN was cancelled, and it was a direct flight CPH-KVB.
Not taking note on aircrafts at that time, it was a propeller 8-seater 4 rows 1+1, with mahogany interior. After take-off, the FO came back to the cabin with coffee/tea and large sandwiches w smoked salmon. As this was before the Schengen-agreement, on arrival at KVB, I was met by 2 customs officials and 3 police officers as immigration control. With my small checked-in bag (not allowed in cabin), the passage was smooth. |
September 2001, first day flights were resumed, just the pilots, FA's, the two of us and two other people.....
