Hello

I'm really interessed to know what I can see of my Air France booking through your software.

Do you have an example ?

Thanks
Olivier

For an Amadeus PNR, it would look like:

I'm baffled why you recommend "Amadeus: AUA/*A" for OW airlines like BA and QF? I doesn't seem logical and it doesn't work when I try it. :confused:

Because Amadeus is their native GDS system (i.e. the system that their res agents would use). However, I am not really sure what do you mean by "doesn't work when I try it" ...

Let's see BA for example

Sabre --> Doesn't show BA
Apollo --> Only shows FJY
Worldspan --> FJY only and inaccurate
Amadeus --> FJWY and accurate
Galileo --> FJWY but REALLY slow

Cheers

Alert: Temporary Apollo & Galileo Issues

The Apollo/Galileo GDS systems are currently not working properly -- all non-stop flights appear to be missing.

For more info, see, for example, this thread on the UA board: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=513127

Amadeus, Sabre, and Worldspan continue to function normally.

It's not the Amadeus part I'm confused by...it's why the AUA/*A? When I specify that method for a flight from JNB to SYD, for example, it tells me no availability on that day. But any other method shows available flights. (Can't give you the exact message now 'cause I can't access the tool at work - never did solve the firewall issue despite trying the advice in the help section. It's really hard being technologically challenged. :( )

Well, that's because the data is provided by the AUA website, and that is the only method that can filter to "All *A airlines".

Hmm... If you can replicate the issue, could you pls post the specific city pairs/dates here, so I can take a look at what the difference is. However, if the issue is that the Amadeus method, for example, says "F7 C8 Y5" for a particular QF flight, but the other methods show, say "F9 C9 Y7", then you can assume that the Amadeus results are more accurate/up-to-date.

But why apply a *A filter when you're looking at OW airlines?

Try JNb/SYD on 26 April. I get the response:
"CRS error:
We were unable to find flights on yout specified dates for all your legs.
Avaliable dates:
Tuesday, 25 April 2006
Thursday, 27 April 2007"

It does the same whether I specify *A or All Airlines.

Those 2 are the only filters supported by that method. For OW, you would, obviously, need to select "All Airlines".

This happens when there are no filights around your specified [TIME:] -- just change the TIME field to "(Any)", and it will work...

A-class on American

KVS tool (INT/CWT) does not seem to find and "A" class allocation (not even A0) for any American flight ex-NRT.

Eg. NRT-SJC, NRT-ORD, NRT-DFW.

A class availabilty is required to book 1st class RTW sequments on Oneworld airlines.
