Didn't this thread used to be a sticky? What happened?

I am having some trouble where I cannot successfully pull up any Skyteam award availability. I've tried different dates, different cities, but nada. I have even tried combinations of dates and cities that show PerkSaver availability on NWA.com, but I'm still empty handed. Any advice?

KVS seems to be suspended. I know we can't comment on it, but if someone who knows why wants to PM me, I wouldn't complain. ;)

KVS has moved on and no longer requires FT PM to register. As posted above

"Just wanted to mention that effective today, KVS Availability Tool Registrations are no longer dependant on FT -- they are now issued via the new online Registration Wizard/E-Mail (and not via FT PM). "

No. It would be locked if it were. It's just that KVS was suspended - so maybe that's why it's gone a bit quiet.

Removal of the [Amadeus: AUA] Method
 

Unfortunately, AUA has recently decommissioned their Amadeus online booking engine, replacing it with a new 'dumbed-down' version. As a result, the Amadeus: AUA method of the KVS Tool is no longer available. A new version of the Tool, reflecting this removal (as well as some additions) will be released shortly.

From Version 2.0 in March to near-complete SkyTeam award availability in September, many exciting additions were implemented in 2006. Regretfully, it was also time to say farewell to an 'old friend', the [Amadeus: AUA] Method.

You're welcome :). I have actually received a number of requests for that feature from other users as well.

The new Amadeus Timetable feature is also the fastest Method in the Tool at the moment -- the results typically appear within 2 seconds of clicking the [Go] button!

Looks like WSpan: Awards/Skyteam has packed up. I get an error msg dialog box whenever I try to do searches now :(. Started today.

I third that - Thursday night it was fine and since Friday morning - kaput. I've upgraded, tried 2 computers, etc. Not a firewall issue or version issue.

Hmmmm.... The NW awards/upgrades are still available on Expertflyer.

Regretfully, no, as that data is no longer being provided by the new NWA engine.

Please see the [Classes Displayed By Airline] section of the KVS Tool FAQ for some of the mappings ...

I can't seem to be able to download the 2.7 version. Whenever I click on the download link it brings up the installer for 2.6.2 ???

That really bites as it was the only reason I paid for my plat membership. :( Though I understand it isn't KVS' fault!

Using the new Skyteam search, you cannot search from MAN, my home airport. :(
