As you didn't post anything about the specifics of the search, we can't help you. Please email us with the specifics.

However in general the C inventory is 100% accurate, make sure you are searching only for the specific segment you want to upgrade and that the agent is doing the same. Sometimes agents make the mistake of searching for connecting flights as well for upgrades which is incorrect and will change the results.

I searched for individual overwater segment on aa.com and did not show the fare as upgradeable.

What's up with Turkish Airlines flights on EF?

Very few TK are showing up on Expertflyer. I was looking to check the BOS-IST flight, and only the SQ codeshares is displayed. Same for JFK. Just as a check, I searched CDG-IST flights -- no TK non-stops showed up, but a couple of connecting flights (LH-to-TK) did show up.

My calendar works properly again! Thank you for fixing the issue!

Now do that same search that you just did for CDG-IST flights on 11/20 but don't specify TK as the airline: you'll see that something indeed is not working right.


(psst: It's not always user error!)

TK sometimes has issues communicating with the reservation systems, that’s why when you specify TK as the only airline ExpertFlyer does a direct connect to the TK host to get availability. Whatever issue suddenly caused the TK flights not to show in the general reservation system availability will be fixed by them, it’s happened before. But you now know how to force the TK segments to show.

I am checking fare class availability on an A3 flight for the summer, but there are no U,P,T fares listed at all for this flight on EF (or offered for sale on OTAs). Does this mean that there are no U,P,T fares offered for this flight, or is it possible that A3 could add them later? These fares seem to have be filled for this route, but they are not showing for that date.

Just to be clear, I am not referring to T0 (T=0), for example, but rather U,P,T discounted fares not listed at all.

Does EF have any plans to add data from ATPCO?

Fare tariffs are already present on ExpertFlyer, that's what the Fare Information search shows.

Having access to more "raw" fare filing would be helpful.

I am looking for the best, or any, website out there that will search continuously and give me an airfare for a specific price or less after I give them a general time frame for traveling Internationally in Business Class or First on American Airlines or OneWorld. For example: I would like to travel Business or First Class from ORD to HKG anytime in March of 2016 for a stay of 6 nights and would like to pay less than $1900.......I do know that Hipmunk prides this somewhat, however they do not let me enter specific airlines or price I wish to pay and their feedback comes back with all airlines all different airfares

The ITA Matrix will do more or less what you're asking (if I understand you correctly). You can give it a date range, a trip duration, and specify airlines, and it'll spit out some answers. Look for the FT thread on it--on my phone right now, would otherwise would be happy to link it.
