I tried TeamViewer, which is free for non-commercial use. Works well and one thing that's nice is you don't have to forward ports on your router. But dragging seems to be nonintuitive. |
Apps I cannot live out:
Tripit Pro FlightTrack FlightCaster Salk ATG - this one is the Salk Airport Transit Guide with specifics including all public transportation options to get to/from airports around the world. It is invaluable to me. And of course for entertainment, I play lots of Uno, Cribbage and Farkle. |
Is there any decent version of the card game "President" available for iphone/ipad?
The last time I came across this game it was for the Nintendo DS as part of some cards games compilation. |

How does it handle dragging of windows on the desktop computer?

award search
Are there any apps that permit award search?
What is the best for each alliance? |
I'll have to check it out.
With the rumored Retina display in the iPad 3, a screen sharing app. will let you be less reliant on the computer. Splashtop is interesting too, they claim it's fast enough to stream a video playing on a remote computer to the iPad. In fact at CES, they had some demo where they're playing a game on a desktop and streaming that to a tablet. OnLive Desktop lets you run a Windows 7 desktop with things like Office, again streaming. OnLive is expected to put their game-streaming service on tablets. They have a viewer app. now but the next steam is expected to be to let you play, with an optional bluetooth controller that you can use to control the game. Screen sharing apps. are going to be big until people can completely cut the tether to the computer. |
I really like Splashtop, but my home PC turns itself off while I'm travelling and I can't access it. Am I stupidly missing something obvious?
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions. I've acquired at least a dozen apps referred to in this thread. |

What is the best for each alliance? I would be interested in this too! |
Yeah I might actually be able to use KVS without having a Windows PC if they made an app.
Same thing with Expert Flyer. |
Yeah. An ExpertFlyer app would be nice, for both Android and iPhone. The mobile site isn't so easy to use because the links are small.
