Does anyone know if you can sync two iPhones to the same iTunes account? Could I do that on both these phones and still account same apps/music photos, etc! With iCloud sync!

Our iPhone4s are sync using the same iTunes account. No problems at all...

Ordered one for my wife yesterday and shipping/arrival date could be as late as Oct 21st. She wanted it to be preordered. I am wondering if I will have better luck getting one from the store sooner or if I should bite the bullet and just pre order and forget about it.

Yup. Hilarious!

does nobody consider the new nokias?
To me, they have two distinct advantages:
1) curved, round design: makes it much more comfortable in your hand. I really do not like the brick-design of the iPhone
2) NOKIA MAPS: turn by turn navigation ANYWHERE in the world, FREE of charge, and NO need to have roaming connection. I just whish i had these phones before i go to barcelona this weekend, would make it so much easier to find my way around there.
I think this is a killer feature and wonder that it is not discussed more.

My wife needs to upgrade from her jb/unlocked iphone 3gs, currently on TMO. Based on information currently available, we're going to wait till the hype settles down and then get the Verizon factory unlocked version at full price and port over to Vz, probably on prepaid basis and not get locked into 2 yr contract.

Vz is best for us as she often travels to Asia and uses local prepaid accounts. I think the challenge will be whether prepaid sim cards will be available in nano size by Christmas....pretty sure they'll figure out a way by then.

I might even try to talk her into taking my 4s on Vz and giving me the new toy....:p

what kind of prepaid options does Verizon offer, especially with LTE data?

Looks like if you want the subsidized price from VZ, you have to sign up for a shared plan (Share Everything), which is unlimited voice and SMS. Then the line charge is $40 for smart phones. So it's a minimum $80 a month for 300 MB of data. All to get the subsidized price on smart phones.

When we last visited Vz back in mid August, was told that with a factory unlocked 4s bought at full price from them, my wife could get:

1. voice 450 minutes, $39.99 [unlimited wkends/evenings/Vz-to-Vz unlimited]
2. data 2 gb, $29.99
3. text - optional and either $9.99 for 1000, or $19.99 unlimited

Above did not require two yr contract, pay as you go. I misspoke by calling it a 'prepaid', sorry......

She's not heavy into data, etc. so LTE is not an important factor for her. We hope same plan will be available for 5 but again not in a rush.....

If you don't have any problem with AT&T or T-mobile, check straighttalk.

Who is getting one and locked or unlocked?

I may get one if my office can get Vodafone to give it to me for free (unlikely).

TMO signal stinks in our house, even though on their coverage map it's right in their sweet spot...talked with TMO multiple times and can't find solution - only started since beginning of year [and we've been with them 14 yrs!]?

Also, as far as I know, none of the factory unlocked full price iPhone 5 [or 4s] work on TMO unless you use gevey sim; and no 3G service, just edge?

With AT&T model, if and when she does use LTE, best match for Asia bands is the CDMA model...

The one that's not on the market yet? No, I can't buy that one today. :)

The XPRT is the only Android phone that's ever made it through, and that was touted with the same "enterprise-class security", so this new one may make it.

I spoke too soon. The S3 is touted to have the same “enterprise-friendly” SAFE certification as the Relay 4G. To paraphrase our security lead - "We have shared our concerns with Samsung, they have told us they will address it, and to date they have failed miserably" and he rattled off a list of security issues, along with other enterprise customers in the same boat.

So, I'm no longer optimistic about this phone making it. My guys are validating the iOS6 final release and the 5 right now - I'll be ordering as soon as they (I assume) OK it. Sadly, it appears I'll be waiting for over a month for it to arrive, as my BB continues to deteriorate.

Mine arrivedabout 30 minutes ago, already set up and restored from backup
