There really is no way to pay anonymously is there?
Buy a target, best buy, or Starbucks gift card at one if their locations and pay with cash. Tge exchange rate isn't the greatest but it works. Alternatively get a prepaid visa card bought with cash.

Would buying a gift card with a credit card give away my ID if I used it to pay for PIA?

Why buy with cash?

I was able to use PIA at the GH CGK this summer, but not anywhere else. They have very fast internet there.

I check every week or two, and always get the proxy message, otherwise.

GH CGK?

Does any of the other streaming services also block PIA?

I've used PIA all around the world - works pretty well. Haven't tried it in China though.

Some VPN strictly prohibit downloading via torrentz. PIA fortunately is not one of them! ^^^

In my limited experiences, they also block VPN.

I think they just block known VPNs.

Some hotels block all VPNs. I've run into two major chain hotels in Indonesia that did that.

Torguard is one that I was looking at, also PIA and NordVPN.

I haven't been able to find out if any of the VPNs play nice with anti/virus etc.

On my desktop and my travel laptop I have Win10, the laptop came with it and I did the upgrade on my desktop. On both of them I have Avast Premier less the password thing, Malwarebytes, & Super Anti-spyware Pro.

We travel quite a bit, and our next trip is to Africa. I would like to figure out something that will work for me before we leave in 2 months.

I appreciate and suggestions.

Anyone pay for PIA with Amazon?

Do they take 1 for 1 in Amazon gift card or is it like 80 cents on the dollar like I heard the Starbucks and BestBuy gift cards?

nothing to need to know

get coinbase.com on mobile app. exchange money from credit card for (fraction) of bitcoin... send bitcoin to address provided for payment.

takes all of a few minutes to do and once transacted completed you never have to think about it again

I used torguard and tunnelbear in SA, Bostwana, Zimb, Tana and Kenya last year.

if you're concerned with payment just buy a prepaid card at a supermarket with cash. I buy 100-200$ cards for things like this and other services where I want either privacy or not to use my CC.

Why buy with cash?

If you buy gift cards with a credit card, is the cc linked somehow with the gift card?
