When they started Samrap Thai, only on very short flights like SIN or KUL, all 3 courses were served together on one tray
2-3 years ago, they extended it to routes like HKG, CAN etc.

Frankly i don't mind that. Usually when I travel in biz I have work to do so I prefer to have my table back asap...

as this flight is close to 4 hours, it will likely not be a one tray service....however those who recently have been on this route better confirm this

This is a J thread, but I couldn’t find a corresponding F thread, so hope you do not mind me asking a question here.

Have a flight BKK-SYD coming up in TG F: Would you preorder food or is there usually a decent choice on the plane? Any recommendations?

I don’t pre-order in J or F. You’ll have your caviar and all sorts of other things. (It’s not worth pre-ordering in biz class these days, and pretty much same goes for F).
