Flyertalk Website So Slow?!?
Is it just me or is the FlyerTalk website incredibly sluggish? I love this place, it's a wealth of knowledge but it's frustrating as all heck. Any suggestions/comments?

no problem here right now, loads instantly (but it happens from time to time, may be once per month for me, that the website is very slow or not responsiv at all).

Working fine here in the Bay Area. As a new member you might want to keep an eye on the Technical Issues forum where these types of complaints are posted.

For those interested: I changed my browser from Firefox to IE and it is significantly faster. Maybe this will help other experiencing similar issues.

I think technical support will need to get fixed the site. Its should be getting better for those days. So please be patient for while. Thanks for your cooperation.

FT ground to a halt for me the past 20 minutes or so. Other websites normal speed.

Firefox version 3.0.7 (Mac OS X 10.5) works fine!

For the last hour, it's been noticeable slower to load FT pages (across the fora I visited) and post replies.

I received a message saying I hadn't posted in a while - but had posted less than 12 hours ago - database seems totally messed up as it says my last visit was Jan - but really was 12 hours ago!
