Michael, board VERY slow today -- across the board. Buzz totally not accessible.

And this is via a T1 at work. At home, last night, on a 56k line, everything was hopping just fine.

Please don't take Hungry's tone as representative of the community. We appreciate this resource and know that you're doing your best.

Hungry, we know you don't like the service, but how do you like the price you're paying? Cool down.

Michael,

Don't take such comments by HT personally...clearly they know little.

All day on the 20th any of the larger forums were very slow (over SDSL 2.3mb/s line).

And I echo that - ignore the naysayers. AND I don;t condone people trashing FT staff

BUT

the boards are still unconscionably slow on a t-1 line, and it's resulted in my only checking a couple of fora a day...so for the time being I'm effectively not able to post or read the boards I usually do.

I would be willing to make a contribution for an FT staff's time to help sort this out. Its frustrating to not be able to read the boards I like each day and esp not being able to post due to the speed. Perhaps it's a message not to read from work but I dont think so...

anyone else willing to put $$ up for a quicker resolution (if indeed that would help?)

Things seem better today over my T-1. Not supersonic, but far more responsive than on the 20th. Michael, you must've done something right -- thanks!

Still keeping an eye on this everyone. How's it running today? InfopPop is working with us in attempt to sort through some of the problems. As usual please be patient with us and hopefully this'll all come together soon.

MilesBuzz is unreachable. Last post there was 2.5 hours ago, so I presume that others are having problems too.

Search timed out on me in the NW forum.

I can't get to United either.
