Anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute for each page to load. I'm on dial-up, but it's slower then usual right now.

It seems OK for me, but I keep getting a "no permission" page when trying to post to omni. Is that normal?

Yes you need I think 100posts in other forum before you can post in OMNI
