Same problem here. Lots of timeouts (or "502 connection hangups").

It was flying a couple of hours ago, but again has been incredibly slow now.

Still going fast for me. I suggest that in order to speed things up, you all try putting "Tour Israel with FlyerTalkers" signatures on your posts. :D

Crawling here on the east coast this morning.

Unbelievably slow for me.

Seems ok for me now. It was crawling yesterday starting at about 4pm EDT. It was also ok around 10pm.

Much better in the last hour or so.

Very spotty throughout the day. It has been a 50-50 chance as to whether a page will load or be timed out. First I thought it was something on my end, but a diagnostic check of the network between me and the US confirms it's not on this end.

Mac specific issues
 

I have noticed the speed problem being most pronounced on my home/office Mac system [no difference between OS9 or OSX] even with a high speed cable link. Runs about half the speed of similar PC/Windows computers I have used to access FT. Explorer is common to both Mac and PC systems, so not sure if it is a Mac issue or a browser issue, or a combination of the two.

Pages load slowly, and scroll bar is painfully slow to respond. This has not improved [other than really slow widespread periods] and seems to have started when the big overhaul was done to the site months ago.
