I don't think it is (at least officially). But then again I believe the only safe bet to get in is *G, as friends and family in LX/EDW J and FTL were denied entry before...

I will be there this Friday noon, so I will ask and report back here.

As promised I asked the lounge dragon (who thought I was quizzing her) about the access rules.

As it stands: LHG (LX,LH,OS...) Business Class get access, this includes EDW flight which are booked on the LX codeshare number. Furthermore SEN and *G also get access on all *A tickets.

Thanks. Good thing I didn't bother then, as I didn't have that much time left until boarding and had FTL on the BP.
We did discuss btw. somewhere, maybe even on this thread, about how new dragons are not versed in letting *G pax in in SEN lounges with FTL as FQTV on the BP. I've had that exact situation in SEN E earlier, and indeed the older, experienced LD immediately understood, and walked the new, young LD through the process of admitting me.

Well, that is very interesting. Tried accessing the Alpine Lounge in June (LX website said LHG business had access), but the lounge agent denied me access stating I needed to have *G in order to enter. They really need to be more clear about the entry access rules, especially with the signage.

First time United airlines and star alliance flyer here.

Me, my wife and two kids are arriving in ZUR on United in business class and then departing to Dubai in premium economy on Swiss. What, if any, lounge access will we have in ZUR?

I am star alliance gold (United premier 1k) if it matters to the answer.

thank you ZUR lounge gurus.

Wouldn't he be limited to one guest only, as their departing flight is in premium economy class?

I am travelling on the LX marketed, CX operated, ZRH-HKG in J.

I have no *A status, but do have OWE (BA Gold).

What lounges can I access at ZRH for this flight, if any?

Thank you in advance!

That's a really good question, actually.

If I'm not mistaken, within OW, marketing carrier counts, while within *A, operating carrier does.

You'll definitely have some sort of lounge access based on flying in J.

https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/de_...re-lounge.html

I would assume you'll have access to the Aspire lounge. In Dock E.

Was there only once post-covid. Was ok, but nothing to write home about.

But please tell us how it went.

Thank you for your help.

I do fear it sits in a lounge access blackspot. I'll try my luck at all the dock E lounges and report back..

Arriving at 0610 from JNB in First and then departing approximately 10 hours later on Edelweiss in C to EDI (schedule change should only have been 5 hours).
Which lounges will I have access to and presume will need to change terminals for the flight to EDI? Also if using the FCLE can we book the day rooms?
Thanks in advance.

Since you are arriving in LX F you can use both FCL regardless of your connection.
