SLF - If you select "All Programs", you get an overview ("PointMap") of all programs/hotels, and then you can drill down to a specific program or hotel chain and see it on a Google Map.
When you pre-select a specific program, the search will bring you directly to the screen with the Google Map.
Note that you can also use the drop-down menus (just above the map) to change to a different program.

So, I won't know which hotel or chain I want to use in a specific instance until I've found out where it is in relation to my destination. Once I know which hotels (in my programs) are close to my destination, I'd envisage that the number of offers would then help me narrow down my choice.
In any case, being able to change program at the map level will work OK, but isn't quite as easy

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I guess what I'm looking for is the ability for me to see (on the map) which hotels in my preferred programs are geographically close to where I need to be, before I've chosen a chain or specific hotel.
So, I won't know which hotel or chain I want to use in a specific instance until I've found out where it is in relation to my destination. Once I know which hotels (in my programs) are close to my destination, I'd envisage that the number of offers would then help me narrow down my choice.
