Same room but better view, weird thing is that large quantities of all suites are available in on day+1 in the app, but when it comes to stay date they all appear as sold out (just as if someone was buying out all available suites for same night everyday around 2pm). This happened 4th day in a row, even right now for tomorrow I see all kinds of suites available in multiple quantities but tomorrow afternoon the'll most likely be sold out. Due to this, no suite upgrades.

Comments: Great location near Central Park- close to theatre district. This hotel fulfills my number one SPG wish item- they allow you to use your Platinum Breakfast for room service. Friendly and accommodating staff. And one of our very favorite bars is here - the King Cole.

Comments: The condition of the suite is quite terrible. Extremely bad smell from the bathroom. Flooding of bathroom after shower. Bathtub was leaking and rubber stopper is not 100% closed (we knew because we put some shower gel into the bathtub to fill it up and then we saw bubbles forming from the drainage from the floor). Some issue with the basin as well. Overall, poorly maintained for a suite. Don't think I will return anymore although I love the location very much.

It means you can take breakfast in the main restaurant downstairs, as well as having the option of breakfast in the lounge. Many SPG properties allow you to do this if you are Plat without having to forego the welcome points (there's a thread/wiki specifically devoted to this).
Note that the Sheraton in WAW also allows this.

One night, offered a suite at checkin ( without asking) but declined it as it would have required waiting until 1500 ( at 1400); I preferred to accept the Urban room available immediately ; this was the first night of "the beast from the east" storm, MK2, and it was snowing heavily/freezing cold. But at least they offered the suite. The hotel is nice and great for flights out of LCY.
