Thanks for your interest. I just tried again, and I got the same error message, on a white screen:

"{"redirloc":"game","success":true,"errorcount":"0 ","errors":[],"status":"logged in"}"

That was on Safari. Then I tried it on Mozilla, and it worked fine! I'll keep playing, on Mozilla.

I've been playing all week but today I started getting this message, "Sorry, you are not eligible to play the Tap Into Luxury online game. Please see terms and conditions". I looked over the terms and conditions and I do not see why I'm getting the message?

I am a current SPG member, I've been playing for the past week without an issue, and even have recent stays with an SPG property. Any advice? Anyone getting the same message?

**Edit: FYI, I'm a US resident of Oklahoma. Have never had an issue with these typs of entries before so do not believe it is a state, federal, or municipal regulation that is causing the problem. I've also tried using an "Incognito tab" (no cookies or cache) and still the same issue.

I love Starwood! I never win any other contests, but a few years ago I won a free Starwood night with a Foursquare promotion and tonight I won a free night with this promotion!

I still only get the option to spin and spin again. Nothing to click to "see if you've won" or anything... just endless spinning
