Not winning is one thing - the bug in the system has caused me to log in and spin multiple times before i can complete the "winning" stage.
Sometimes it just keeps going back to the log in page during the spin/ after spin landed in a property...

Now works for me - and I got 5000 points!
Presumably, as the rules say " LIMIT: One (1) Tap Into Luxury Game Prize per person during the Game Period." then that's me done.
As far as the maths goes, there are 39 days in the period so presumably there are 5 free nights and 10 each of the points awards each day. 25 Ticketmaster and 4 iTunes daily on the same basis.
I'm feeling pretty lucky.

If it's a new day (I don't know what time zone the server is in), you get to spin twice for the daily prize. After spinning and the hotel name appears, you get a button directing you to the draw for a prize.
After that you can spin again and again, but it will just display various *Wood hotels.
Until the next day.
EDIT:
OK This is the sequence you should see:
1. Login with SPG #
2. Choose hotel type and spin globe
3. Button should appear saying something like "See if you've won"
4. If you don't win, the first time it will say "Sorry. Try Again"
5. If you don't win on the second spin, it will say "Sorry. Try Again Tomorrow"
I did this just after 12pm EST.

Same for me today. That is, I was able to spin twice. Then when I did the same for my partner, it kept spinning but never gave the opportunity for her to win. For a diff't account, it should've worked.
ETA: Just tried again for her account. Still spins, but never gives the option to see if she won.
