I tried that as well. Got the same gray error box with both FF and IE.

I did read your entire post. I apologize if you think I was being rude (or as someone else put it, "ripping you a new one"). That was not my intent. I was trying to clarify which time and timezone I was talking about. Seeing as you did typo your timezone, your message did not look to me like it said "it was a mistake on your end". It looked like it said "It might have been a mistake on our end if and only if you didn't check in at 6:30 Eastern". And I was pointing out that the notion of "it must have been a problem with your ISP" was illfounded. If that's offensive, please accept my apologies.

Wow - I go away for a couple hours and miss all the fun!
Heres the deal folks. After geting mrittys information we talked with our IT folks and found out that we had some issues with a couple of our many servers early this morning.
Basically, the response you got depended on which server you hit. That explains why you got error, error, error, checkin (actually based on your original post you got error 20X before you got checkin). . you finally hit a working server. I think you got "locked on" to one of the problem servers. Maybe at some point you closed your browser and started all over . . and finally got a working server?
Then I heard from curbcrusher that he was having trouble doing a reprint of a boarding pass that he had already successfully checked in for. Back to IT to discover we were having issues on the problem servers again this afternoon.
The problem servers have been restarted, all seems to be running well now, and they are being monitored to ensure the issues don't start up again.
So - with all of that, I have to say I'm sorry you got an A52, but am glad that you still made it into A.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I find this happens often. No problem with me being A list, but with my companion. I usually wait until T + 5 seconds before trying. Then often get that message 2 - 3 times before getting the BP screen. This usually take me about 3 seconds per try, so 3 tries can be at T + 17 seconds and often results in A 40 or so.
I wonder if the computer gets hit with too many requests at same time and bumps some out.
Is it best to use back button? Maybe should open 3 windows with info typed in rather than using back button?
