I was trying to clarify which time and timezone I was talking about. Seeing as you did typo your timezone, your message did not look to me like it said "it was a mistake on your end". It looked like it said "It might have been a mistake on our end if and only if you didn't check in at 6:30 Eastern". And I was pointing out that the notion of "it must have been a problem with your ISP" was illfounded. If that's offensive, please accept my apologies.
