Small Luxury Hotels of the World to leave Hyatt, joins Hilton (effective 15 May 2024)
I was looking up Prive rates for a client and it was brought to my attention where SLH on the Hyatt portal was not showing availability. I checked various locations and different times of the year it’s not coming up. On the SLH portal, it’s showing availability. Does anyone know if the relationship is terminating?

As another anecdotal data point, I’m not seeing availability at any of the SLH properties in Ireland that just yesterday or day before I was seeing as bookable in the WoH app on iOS.
Edit: I just checked again in the WoH app and SLH properties in Ireland are once again available to book on both cash and points rates. Possible this was an IT outage causing a false alarm. I’m really hoping SLH stays connected with Hyatt so that my upcoming booking is secure.

Probably more of a problem syncing up between their systems than anything.

For what it's worth, there was a mention in the "Properties joining/leaving Hyatt" thread:

We have one in Croatia in July and it is still there. The location is still bookable. I booked a backup cancellable AA miles reservation in the area...just in case.
Cheers.

Hopefully it’s just a glitch. I sent an email to Hyatt askig if I still have a reservation since the trip is coming up. Never heard anything about it being canceled and they still have my points.

The one I had booked in Rome disappeared from the Hyatt app a week ago. I messaged Hyatt and they said that the Hotel Maalot is no longer represented by Hyatt but reservations will be honored. I emailed the hotel and they confirmed the reservation.
Loyalty Lobby reported today that the relationship is terminating but there is no end date yet.

Came across this yesterday:

The collaboration with Hyatt, however, will dissolve due to Hyatt’s purchase of the Mr & Mrs Smith platform. The date of this termination is unclear, as is when Mr & Mrs Smith hotels will become bookable through Hyatt.

Take a look in the comments in that Loyalty Lobby article. That post is as much speculation as we have here with nothing substantiated, despite what is written as a definitive statement.
Cheers.

Ugh. I'd rather have the SLH partnership than Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

I have 3 SLH bookings (March, May and September) and all still appear on the App or website.
