The car for the PDAR would be most likely a BMW 5 series and for the FDAR will be an Audi A4 or Volvo V60. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee make or model. I would suggest you ring the branch the day before your start of rental and they should have a good idea which car they would be able to supply.

I contacted our office in Spain and they advised the reason why you have difficulties to book this category on the internet because they do not have many vehicles in this category. If you would like to rent a Porsche, please contact our Spanish reservations team by calling the 0034 902 49 16 16 or by sending your request to [email protected]. Our Spanish colleagues would then be able to check and confirm the availability for this category with the branch .

In regards to your second question we are waiting to hear from the Fleet department and we should be able to answer you tomorrow on this.

Thanks a lot for the useful information, will do so. I was about to change the reservation to a different drop off station (24 hrs open) and take a taxi from there but that is even easier.

I checked with the branch and they advised it is most likely that you will receive a Mercedes Benz E class as the we have a limited availability on the BMW 6 series.

I think there is a misunderstanding. The SIXT Station "IntercontiKÖ" is in Düsseldorf and KÖ stands for "Königsallee", the famous shopping street ;)

I am pretty sure they are still open.

I'm going to be renting a car in Jerusalem from 6/29/12 through 8/8/12. Couple of questions.

1) My credit card offers CDW coverage in Israel (Citibank MC World) and I have a letter of coverage explicitly stating this. Will Sixt require me to take CDW or other coverages, or will it allow me to use my CC for CDW coverage?

2) If the answer to 1) is Yes, I can use my CC for CDW coverage, then I will have to split my rental into two, so that I don't rent for longer than 31 days. Are there any cost considerations to doing so?

3) Given that I am renting for such a long time, does Sixt have any reduced rate programs I can take advantage of?
