I am also unable to see any of my TYP summary or redeem through the Sears card portal. I was able to get in through my general Citi login and redeem my sears points since the TYP accounts are linked.

Wow....I do NOT use this card unless there is a lucrative offer.

This is the THIRD email offer I have received in the last 2 weeks (all 3 different spend requirements/categories).

I also got the $50 credit back posted to 3/11 for a Over $300 purchase on 4/3. Typ card.

GGR is another story. I'm backed up 50k typ but my post date is 4/10ish so I will be calling if I don't see a large chunk post.

I had what i believe was my FEB GGR post today. 20K TYP.. Either the posting schedule is running a month behind it was monthly in 2023 or they dq'd Jan's 20K for some reason and what just posted was MAR.. No way to tell- but I shouldve at least gotten 10k for Jan if that was the case...

This came quite late (this week) if it was for each of three months, pass anyway.

Activate your offer to earn up to 6,000 Bonus ThankYou Points this month when you make eligible home improvement purchases with your Sears Mastercard.
Spend $600 or more each month on total eligible home improvement purchases made with your Sears Mastercard from 02/01/2024 (or the date you activate this offer, whichever is later) through 04/30/2024 to earn 5X Bonus ThankYou Points (up to a maximum total of 6,000 Bonus ThankYou Points each month for this offer).

So i got my 20k GGR for march today in my may10th statement... i think.. unless they are stillllll posting late for TYP members with this new 10k/20k all year promo... Does anyone with a TYP card feel like they never caught up on GGR or is it just me? I know the standard is 1-2 months to post but I havent seen that in YEARS.. I guess my only way to really tell without calling (and getting pissed bc they are clueless every time ive called) is to spend 1k this month and see what posts next month....

The 5% home improvement promo I had for april -- i spent 1088 in april and it posted 5444 points in the same 5/10 statement so Im at a loss bc thats how its worked for all promos in the past...As in the past- they dont seem to count returns as a negative.. my net spend was 928 and it posted based on gross spend. Ive done it in the past but wasnt counting on it.. (got a dinged appliance delivered so they gave me a refund)

I have the TYP card, and have been receiving my 15K TY points each month for GGR on the statement after I completed the spend. I manually check each month via the PDF statement on the website (it's on page 5 of my statement, in a box labeled "THANKYOU POINTS EARNED ON SEARS MASTERCARD"). I also check the thankyou.com website to see the points posting. I've been meticulously manually tracking my TYP points earned on the Sears card for about 1 year, and generally seen that the points are posted the statement after the spending threshold is met. There was maybe 1 time when the points were delayed by 1 month, but that is rare in my experience. I do agree that contacting Citi via phone or secure message is useless, they do not seem to understand the TYP promotions and when the points are posted.

How are you getting 15k GGR? The promo that I have and everyone ive seen post here is 10 or 20 for GGR... No in between... I agree mine has posted for years (I've tracked every promo I've gotten via Excel since March 2019) similarly to what you're experiencing....if threshold met... it posts at statement close online) therefore I think they may have missed my jan GGR 20k and if I continue to stall the longer I wait the more confusing it will be to get it back and they will make me eat $200..

Sorry, I didn't clarify. My promotion was for 7.5K ($750 spend)/15K ($1500 spend) GGR each month for 2024 (max of 180K points). I did not receive the better 10K/20K GGR promotion unfortunately.

Yes, Walmart pay works as online on AT&T AM card, you can also use MPX to buy different GCs, always code as online.
