So i guess i'm the only one who hasn't
Had miles post for 3/5. Evn worse. One problem after the other.
The flight I took on 3/5 was one of those that confirmed in ON (should have been R). Sure hope that's not the issue...

IVR on the 1K line still picks up my # (good).
What I found interesting is that when calling from my office (which shows up as a 4-digit # on caller ID), HAL had always asked me, "Am I speaking to Franz?" Or at least that's what it sounded like.
Today, the new IVR HAL said, "Am I speaking to someone with the name spelled, 'P-H-U-O-N-Z'?"
Interesting that HAL now spells names he doesn't know how to pronounce! And I'm curious about that name; I work with a Phuong, but the "Z" is throwing me (and it's definitely a "Z" according to HAL).

I have a similar problem but figure if it does not self resolve in a week or two, there is plenty of time to take care of it -- but highly doubt I will need to do that.

In the segments part of the activity chart for me it actually shows a negative balance..

My flight on 3/3 still has not posted, nor has one segment from 3/4.
There is no detail under the historical account summary for 3/1 through 3/4.
YTD segments showing are 2. It should be 18. The Beginning balance is showing a -14
Beginning Balance as of 03/10/1997: 0 0 -14
and still showing:
03/03/2012 2012 EQM conversion to PQM 0
03/03/2012 2012 EQS conversion to PQS 0

At least now they seem to be acknowledging the issues.
The up/down nature of balances, and the horrible calculations (-14 for segments?) are inexcusable. The only solution to keeping your account in order seems to be to stop flying...

Is there any indication that the FFM display will come back to the account page?

I just notice the following. I have an upcoming flight booked in a Y fare class. When I looked at the reservation it (correctly) indicated I'd get 150% PQM for the flight. After I upgraded it (using the "instant premier upgrade"), it has me in "JN" class, and lists "0%" PQM.
Hopefully this is just a display glitch and not an actual indication that the system is programmed to give upgraded no PQM.

At the rate these problems continually escalate, I may be quite happy to oblige...

Interesting...
New Banner Lingo after logging into UA.com: "Please note that if your 2012 Premier status is lower than your 2011 status, your 2012 status may not be reflected on your account until later this week as we finalize our account migration."
So sounds like we can all brace for status downgrades!

Incorrect departure time on upgrade email
I received an email telling me that my RPU-waitlisted upgrade had cleared for my upcoming p.s. flight. (The email had the confusing Subject line: United Airlines Waitlist Notification for Confirmation.)
All good except the departure time shown on the upgrade email is an hour later than the actual scheduled departure time. Perhaps another daylight savings time issue.

Interestingly enough, my trip from 3/5 posted and the mileage plus amount and Premier Qualifying Segments posted, but no Premier Qualifying Miles. Strangely enough, my lifetime miles did get updated correctly even tho my PQM didn't. I'm assuming this is related to the other PQM issues they are aware of/trying to fix.

Now PQM partially corrected, but segments totally wrong...
Yesterday, my 1K account was posting ~17 segments and 0 PQMs...
Today, I now have just over 31,000 PQMs but only 2 segments (the correct # of segments is supposed to be 18, since 1 more flight got credited over night).
Also, the PQM mile total is now off by around 500 miles, since for my last flight (ORD-TVC), I was credited with 1000 'regular' miles, 0 PQM miles and 1 segment (????).
I also see a reference to a "-16" segments in my latest account history...
This is particularly frustrating, since I am in the middle of a 1K challenge match, and need to hit 35,000 miles total by mid April, which, unfortunately will require at least one more mileage run (so I need to know the exact number of total PQM miles before I book the milelage run(s)), etc.
I can't believe this integration is proceeding SO poorly, a week after the fact!!!
The Northwest-Delta system merger had none of these types of issues (and I can't believe that I'm actually defending Delta, who "killed" my beloved Northwest!)
P.S. I've also been closely following the "# of credited miles between cities reduced for 99% of all UA flights by ~0.3% on average" issue, and am extremely disgusted by this - I hope that United fixes it soon, as I find it increidibly petty and shortsighted to say the least, and it is starting to REALLY cause me reconsider my decision to fly w/ united over delta...(it's always one last smallish thing that "breaks the camels back" and causes someone to switch alliances...for me w/ Delta, the "last straw" was the new 72 hr rule on award tickets even for Plats/Diamonds, plus no longer being allowed to use up to 3 e-vouchers on a paid ticket...)
