No more alcoholic drinks LH business class long haul after meal ?

Heard that LH is no longer serving drinks (even wine) outside meal on long haul. ? Can anyone confirm or is it crew laziness

I've done it 5 times last year - the only way is to let the agent at the initial departure TCI your bag to your final destination, then once in Doha (ensure you have 2 hours minimum I've been told)...
