I also received an e-mail today reversing a 2398 Avios transaction from eShopping from April 2019 (over 3 years ago)...!? This is about as lame as I've ever seen!

I am 100% disappointed in SPG.

I had a valid claim for a BRG in Austin, TX at the Sheraton. Sheraton was showing $149, Hotels.com was showing $134.
