Don't get angry with the FAs... this is now policy. Small bottles will be placed at the seat pre-departure but in-flight they are expected to serve from the large bottles to reduce waste

Yes, fairly recent change. Now on the Descent check around 18k versus the Approach check around 10k. Hopefully to eliminate some of the FA injuries with convection and towering cumulus down low
